Instructions

  1. Panaskan minyak. 

    Tumis bahan-bahan campur sehingga pecah minyak.

  2. Masukkan serai, tumis sehingga layu. 

    Masukkan sedikit air & daun kesum 

  3. Masukkan air asam jawa. Kacaukan

     

  4. Masukkan ikan & air secukupnya. 

    Biarkan sehingga mendidih.

  5. Masukkan bendi dan tomato. Biarkan masak sehingga bendi lembut
